Mr. Quevedo received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Princeton University. He has a doctorate in Philosophy from University of Pittsburgh, with a concentration in Ancient Philosophy and Ancient Science, and research competencies in, among other areas, Philosophy of Science (including Life Sciences, Artificial and Cybernetic Intelligence, and Quantum Mechanics).

Mr. Quevedo is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Vermont, and California.
